Creative Skills Coaching – Terms & Conditions

By booking onto any Creative Skills Coaching session, you (the parent/guardian) agree to the following terms:

1. Booking & Payment

  • All sessions must be booked and paid for in advance.
  • Spaces are limited and only confirmed once payment has been received.
  • We operate on a first-come, first-served basis.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Bookings are non-refundable unless a session is cancelled by Creative Skills Coaching.
  • If your child cannot attend, we are unable to offer refunds or credits unless agreed in exceptional circumstances.

3. Attendance

  • It is the parent/guardian’s responsibility to ensure their child attends the correct session time.
  • Missed sessions are not refundable or transferable.

4. Behaviour

  • We expect all children to behave respectfully towards coaches and other participants.
  • Any child displaying unsafe or disruptive behaviour may be removed from the session.
  • In serious cases, this may result in removal from the programme without refund.

5. Health & Safety

  • Parents must provide accurate medical and emergency contact information.
  • Children should arrive in suitable sports clothing and footwear.
  • Creative Skills Coaching cannot be held responsible for injuries sustained during normal participation, although all sessions are delivered safely and appropriately.

6. Collection of Children

  • Parents/guardians must ensure children are collected promptly at the end of each session.
  • If someone different is collecting your child, this must be communicated in advance.

7. Photography & Media

  • Photos/videos may be taken for promotional use.
  • If you do not consent, you must inform us in writing prior to sessions.

8. Changes to Sessions

  • Creative Skills Coaching reserves the right to make changes to session times, venues, or coaches where necessary.
  • Any changes will be communicated as early as possible.

9. Liability

  • Participation is at your own risk.
  • Creative Skills Coaching accepts no responsibility for loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings.

10. Agreement

By completing your booking, you confirm that:

  • You have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions
  • You understand the policies outlined
  • You give permission for your child to participate
