When booking onto our sessions, we collect details such as your child’s name, age, medical information, and parent/guardian contact details. This information is used to safely deliver our sessions and keep you informed.

2. Data Protection

All information is stored securely and handled in accordance with UK data protection regulations. We will never share your data with third parties unless required for safeguarding or legal purposes.

3. Medical & Emergency Consent

By registering, you confirm that all medical details provided are accurate. In the event of an emergency, you give permission for a qualified first aider to administer appropriate care and seek further medical assistance if needed.

4. Photography & Video Consent

We may take photos/videos during sessions for promotional use (e.g. social media, website, marketing materials).

If you do not wish your child to appear, please notify us in writing before sessions begin.

5. Communication

By signing up, you agree to receive updates regarding sessions, bookings, and programme information. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time.

6. Safeguarding Commitment

All Creative Skills Coaching staff are DBS checked and follow safeguarding guidelines to ensure a safe, positive, and enjoyable environment for every child.

7. Parent/Guardian Consent

By completing your booking, you confirm that:

• You are the parent/guardian of the child
• You have read and understood this policy
• You give permission for your child to take part in Creative Skills Coaching sessions
